Services We Provide

What you as a pool owner should expect from a licensed and reputable pool-maintenance company:

Same tech every week. Once you are in the schedule you can expect him on property within 15 minutes of the same time every week. (if the wind blows so does the schedule). If for any reason (sick, class, route changes etc.) the tech needs to change you will be notified as soon as possible.
Thoroughly cleaning your pool on a weekly basis with well maintained equipment during the year will ensure clean and safe swimming water.

Skim Off Leaves and DebrisThis will gather up leaves, insects, and any other debris floating on the surface of the pool. This will  remove debris before it sinks to the bottom of your pool where it becomes difficult to remove and may create stains. NOTE: When there are excessive winds it is recommended that you empty baskets and if possible attempt to get some of the leaves scooped off the top.  Otherwise excessive debris will remove any chemicals in the water and algae may begin to grow both in warm and cold temps and staining can occur.

Brush and Vacuum
We use a brush to remove dirt that has collected on the sides, stairs and bottom of your pool. Brush sediment toward the main drain so it can be easily vacuumed.

Clean Skimmer(s) and check baskets
We will clean out your skimmer(s) and baskets weekly. Removing debris allows the skimmer to operate at maximum efficiency.

Check Water Circulation - Your pool's circulation system includes the skimmer, pump, pump strainer, drains, and filter. The system helps chemicals work effectively and ensures that water is properly filtered. The technician will discuss the appropriate length of time your pool pump should run both summer and winter. The pump should run pump long enough each day to make sure the water is properly filtered and keep each item clean and in good condition. If you have a backfill valve that will insure water level is always kept at the appropriate level. However, if you do not then we leave a door hanger for you to keep the water at the right height. If the water level is not correct, surface leaves won't be collected in the skimmer, and if the water is low, there could be insufficient water returning to the pump through the skimmer, which can cause the pump to overheat and burn out.

Check FilterYour filtration system is the heart of your pool!  If the filters are dirty then the water cannot be properly sanitized. Proper maintenance of the filters can save you money; it adds to the life of the filters and filter pump , the equipment does not have to work so hard, healthier pool water and lowers your electrical bill that alone pays for the filter cleans.

Chemicals - We will test your pool water weekly and add chemicals as necessary. In the warm months we will fill  the chlorinator with tablets. Due to usage etc we may also leave a few with instructions for you to add. (tablets are not used in the winter).

Equipment -  We will inspect your pool equipment to make sure it is in proper running condition. If any problems are detected,  we will notify you.

Repairs - Naturally,  from time to time a pool will need repairs.  We will take care of you and at reasonable rates. There is a $75.00 trip charge that is credited to the repair total.  If for some reason we can’t,  we have a great network established and will refer you to someone who can.

Pool Pumps- There is a summer and winter schedule that should be adhered to. Just because pool water is clear doesn't mean it is sanitary. Without running the motor the necessary amount of time, the chemicals can't be evenly distributed in the water, and bacteria could grow. The concentrated chlorine from the floating chlorinator can damage the pool's surface and equipment if the water is not properly circulated. It is also bad for the motor not to run as it heats up and evaporates moisture/humidity that is harmful to the motor. Running your pool pump during the day or peak time does not cost you any additional money. We will set the timing we think is best for your pool. Please do not change the time without speaking to us first.

Monthly Service Schedule - We charge for pool service by the month not the call. What that means is 4 months during the year you will receive an extra week of service at no charge.  This allows us 4 weeks that we can be off to attend pool conferences (Feb/March) that help to keep us up on the latest technology and better serve you and the holidays Thanksgiving and Christmas. We ask that full payment be made since you have received 4 free service calls through the year. You will always be notified in advance and we will never take time off in the summer.

We operate on a month-to-month agreement on a prescheduled day intended to keep your pool in shape visually and chemically, and prevent larger problems from developing. Please remember that pool equipment such as heaters, pumps and filters require maintenance as well to assure they are working at optimum levels.
